Tables clothed in white with elegant table settings welcome you to an evening of refined dining. The NUANCE Dinner Menu curated by the estate’s Executive Chef, Jason Lashmar and his team is an A la Carte offering which is cutting edge yet comforting.
Think exquisite cocktails or Bubbly accompanied by delicious Chef’s Snacks to start, followed by exciting creations on small plates to share or simply indulge in by yourself. If you prefer, choose one of our speciality Mains. To end the evening try one of our delicious decadent desserts or a specially curated cheese board and dessert wine.
The NUANCE wine and beverage list will be offering some distinguished hard to find gems, iconic spirits and timeless concoctions. However, if you do have a special wine at home that you would like to enjoy with your meal, feel free to bring it along. A corkage fee will apply.
